Choose how you take it

TRT comes in a few different forms. Your clinician helps you pick the one that suits your routine, then tailors the dose to your bloods.

Injection

The most stable levels, self-administered anywhere from daily to every few weeks.

  • Testosterone Enanthate
  • Testosterone Cypionate
Oral capsule

Needle-free and gel-free, taken twice a day with food.

  • Testosterone capsules (Kyzatrex)
Supporting medication, where your bloods call for it

Some men need a little alongside their testosterone. Your clinician only prescribes these if your results point to it.

HCG Helps preserve fertility and testicular function while you're on TRT.
Anastrozole Keeps oestrogen in check if your blood work shows it running high.
Enclomiphene Nudges your own testosterone up, an option in milder cases.

FAQ

Common questions

Testosterone replacement therapy restores clinically low testosterone back to a healthy range. Symptoms like persistent fatigue, low libido, brain fog, low mood and loss of muscle can point to low testosterone, but symptoms alone aren't enough. Diagnosis is confirmed with blood tests. Your clinician reviews your results alongside your symptoms before recommending whether treatment is appropriate.

It depends on your physiology and your preferences. At launch we offer weekly subcutaneous injections (the gold standard for stable levels) and daily oral capsules for those who'd rather avoid needles. Your clinician talks you through the options and tailors the choice to your lifestyle.

One all-in price per medication, from £109 a month, with no separate membership. It covers your medication, your ongoing consultations, your routine monitoring bloods and your dose adjustments. HCG is an optional add-on at £30 a month. The blood tests to start treatment are charged separately and aren't part of the monthly price. Prices are indicative and confirmed after your clinical assessment.

Yes, when it's properly monitored. We take a baseline blood panel before treatment, then repeat at 3, 6 and 12 months in your first year and annually thereafter, tracking markers such as haematocrit, PSA, lipids and hormone levels. The evidence base for TRT is strong and goes back decades.

Most men tolerate TRT well. Possible effects include acne or oilier skin, fluid retention, a rise in red blood cell count (haematocrit), and shrinkage of the testicles. Regular monitoring lets your clinician catch and manage these early, adjusting your dose or adding supporting medication where needed.

Exogenous testosterone suppresses your body's own sperm production. If fertility matters to you, your clinician may recommend HCG alongside TRT to help preserve it, or consider enclomiphene as an alternative approach. Raise this at your consultation so we can plan around it.

For most men with diagnosed low testosterone, TRT is a long-term therapy, because stopping means symptoms tend to return. You can stop at any time, but your natural production may take time to recover, so it's something to do gradually and with clinical guidance rather than abruptly.

Most people report improved energy and mood within 3 to 6 weeks, with fuller benefits at 3 to 6 months as your levels stabilise and your dose is fine-tuned.

NHS TRT is available, but the criteria are strict and waiting times can be long. Our private service offers faster access, a broader range of treatment options, and ongoing, personalised monitoring led by a GPhC-registered pharmacist independent prescriber.

Yes. Your consultation happens entirely online, your health data is held on GDPR-compliant, ICO-registered infrastructure, and your medication arrives in plain, unmarked packaging delivered to your door.
