Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all consultations, treatments and subscriptions purchased from YH Health Ltd, trading as Hormox (company number 17224482). They should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Consultation fees are payable in advance of the appointment. Medication fees are charged separately at the point of dispatch. All fees are displayed clearly before any payment is taken.

We accept major debit and credit cards via our payment processor, Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable under UK law.

Some treatments are offered on a subscription (ongoing) basis. Where you start a subscription:

• You authorise us to charge your saved payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
• Each charge, and any dispatch of medication, remains subject to the prescriber's clinical judgement; we will not dispatch medication that is no longer clinically appropriate.
• You can cancel future renewals at any time by contacting us at support@hormox.com. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund medication already dispensed.
• We will give you reasonable advance notice of any change to your subscription price, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Because you buy from us at a distance, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Some important exceptions apply:

• Services begun with your consent. If you ask us to begin a consultation within the 14-day period, you may be charged for the services provided up to the point you cancel, and you lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully performed.
• Medicines and sealed health goods. For health-protection and hygiene reasons, prescription medicines and sealed health products cannot be returned once they have been dispatched or unsealed, and are not covered by the cooling-off right.

• Cancellation more than 24 hours before a consultation - full refund of the consultation fee to the original payment method.
• Cancellation within 24 hours of a consultation - no refund of the consultation fee will be issued.
• Medication already dispensed and dispatched - cannot be returned for refund, in accordance with pharmacy regulations.
• No prescription issued - if your consultation results in no prescription being issued, we will offer a courtesy re-consultation at no additional charge.

None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
